DMCA and Copyright Policy

DMCA AND COPYRIGHT POLICY

Effective Date: August 31, 2026

Fast Eye Marketing respects the intellectual-property rights of authors, publishers, creators, vendors, customers, and other third parties. We expect visitors and users of FastEyeMarketing.com to do the same.

This DMCA and Copyright Policy describes how Edgar Irizarry, doing business as Fast Eye Marketing (“Fast Eye Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), responds to copyright-infringement claims concerning content available through our website or services.

1. Copyright Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, the original content published by Fast Eye Marketing—including text, reports, ebooks, graphics, logos, product materials, training, videos, audio, downloads, website designs, and promotional resources—is owned by or licensed to Fast Eye Marketing.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, sold, transmitted, or commercially exploited without authorization, except where permission is granted through a written product license or applicable law.

Purchasing a product does not automatically transfer copyright ownership. Any Private Label Rights, White Label Rights, commercial-use rights, giveaway rights, or resale permissions are limited to the rights expressly stated in the applicable product license.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of one and believe that material available through FastEyeMarketing.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to the Fast Eye Marketing Copyright Contact listed below.

Your notice should include all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature or the signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If your notice involves multiple works, you may provide a representative list.
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it, including the exact webpage URL whenever possible.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Notices that omit required information may be delayed or may not be actionable.

3. Where to Send a Copyright Notice

Send copyright-infringement notices to:

Copyright Contact

Fast Eye Marketing

United States

Email: support@fasteyemarketing.com

Subject line: DMCA Copyright Notice

Email is the preferred method for submitting a notice. Sending unrelated inquiries to the copyright contact may delay a response.

4. Our Response to a Notice

After receiving a complete and credible copyright notice, Fast Eye Marketing may:

  • Review the identified material.
  • Request additional information.
  • Remove or disable access to the material.
  • Notify the person who supplied or published the material.
  • Provide the affected party with a copy of the notice.
  • Take other action we consider appropriate or legally required.

Removing or restricting material does not constitute an admission of infringement or liability.

We reserve the right to remove content when we reasonably believe it may violate a copyright, product license, these Terms of Use, or another legal right.

5. Counter-Notification

If material you supplied was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification.

Your counter-notification should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court for your address—or, if your address is outside the United States, the federal judicial district in which Fast Eye Marketing may be found—and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent.

Send counter-notifications to the Copyright Contact listed above with the subject line:

DMCA Counter-Notification

6. Restoration of Material

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may provide a copy to the person who submitted the original copyright notice.

Where applicable, removed material may be restored within the period provided by law unless the original complainant informs us that a court action has been filed seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Fast Eye Marketing is not obligated to restore material when another contractual, licensing, safety, or legal reason independently justifies its removal.

7. Repeat Infringement

When appropriate and within our control, Fast Eye Marketing may restrict or terminate access for individuals who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual-property rights.

We may also refuse service, revoke access, terminate licenses where permitted, or remove content associated with repeated or serious violations.

8. Misrepresentations

Copyright notices and counter-notifications are legal communications.

Knowingly making material misrepresentations concerning whether content is infringing or was removed by mistake may result in liability under applicable law.

Before submitting a notice, consider whether the disputed use may be authorized by a license or permitted under copyright exceptions such as fair use. If you are uncertain about your rights, consult a qualified attorney.

Fast Eye Marketing cannot provide legal advice to either party.

9. Product-License Disputes

A disagreement involving PLR, White Label Rights, resale rights, commercial-use rights, or other product permissions may require review of the specific license supplied with the product.

When reporting unauthorized use of a Fast Eye Marketing product, please include:

  • The product name.
  • The location of the disputed material.
  • The license provision you believe was violated.
  • Any information identifying the purchaser or distributor, if available.
  • Evidence showing your ownership or authorization to submit the report.

A product-license violation may also constitute copyright infringement, but the two issues are not necessarily identical.

10. Third-Party Content and Links

Fast Eye Marketing may link to or reference content hosted by independent websites, vendors, affiliate programs, social networks, video platforms, or other third parties.

We generally cannot remove content from a platform we do not control. Copyright complaints concerning third-party-hosted material should ordinarily be directed to the owner or designated copyright agent of the website hosting that material.

11. No License Created by Submission

Submitting content, correspondence, or a copyright complaint to Fast Eye Marketing does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property.

You grant us permission to use and share the submitted information only as reasonably necessary to review the matter, communicate with affected parties, respond to the claim, preserve records, and comply with legal obligations.

12. Changes to This Policy

Fast Eye Marketing may update this DMCA and Copyright Policy to reflect changes in our website, services, procedures, or legal obligations.

The most recent version will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
